Shipping and Returns
Current processing time before shipping is 3-4 business days. Items will be shipped via USPS and delivery tracking number will be provided to you once item has shipped.
At this time, Medium Moments ships items only within the United States. If you have questions regarding this policy, feel free to contact us.
Before placing an order, please verify that you have entered the correct mailing address. If a customer has entered incorrect information, they are responsible for additional postage to resend items. If an item is returned to us for any other reason it is up to the buyer to repay shipping fees to have it resent. If you choose not to have it resent we can refund you the cost of the items, but not the original shipping fees.
All of our 8 oz. candles come individually wrapped in a clean white newsprint sheet and stamped with our simple Medium Moments logo before being packaged to ship.
Refunds & Exchanges
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are only accepted on unused, unlit, 8 oz. candles. In the event of an exchange, buyers are responsible for shipping both ways.
If an item breaks during shipping we will replace it, but a photograph of the broken item is required to be sent via email to us first. Broken items will only be replaced if we are notified within 14 days of original delivery. Please hold on to the broken item while we file an insurance claim.
Our candle scents are created to represent various moments of our lives. Because of this, candle scents may differ from both traditional fragrances and buyer's interpretation of the memory. Please feel free to purchase a tealight sample pack before purchasing a full 8 oz. candle.
